A post on social media displayed two images that supposedly highlight the difference in how men and women shop. The post sparked a gender to and fro with the women accusing the men of purchasing the wrong item quickly. The men pointed to the criss-crossing of aisles that women need to “just pick up something.”

It is amazing to listen to responses to the question as to how much more you get done after normal working hours against what you achieved during the work-day.

The new hire that is no longer in place after a couple months is a frequent occurrence. Every bad hiring instance can be costly for the organization and the individual. Why then does the phenomenon of bad hires persist?
