Here is the scenario
There is this team member that does not seem to get your instructions right the first time.
Or the team member understands the instructions but fails to get the importance or the time lines right.
Again, it might be an issue of focus and stick-to-it-ivenss.
Whatever the cause, things are not happening the way you would like them to when you give instructions to this team member....despite the obvious value that the member brings to the team.
